"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I've dropped out since making this post. I went completely off the program and embraced my inner AFC like never before. I can't even describe how stupid I've been... but I'll try anyways.

That lady I went to see that I was "going to try" with even if it meant rejection? Turns out I was way over my head with that one. She ended up responding quite well to my advances, or so I thought. I ended sleeping with her twice... like, just sleeping in the same bed, devoid of any sexuality at all. You know, because she cares about me and wants me to be a part of her life for a long time but sex would just mess that up.

Fortunately for me, she got drunk one night, described her sexual relationships with three other guys, lamented that they didn't seem to care about her.. but there was always me there for her!

I haven't contacted her since. That was on the 27th. I still fvcking want to call her and hang out and think about her all the time.

The worst part is that she's become really chummy with that waitress I had my eye on so I'm just letting that door close.

Then there's my ex. Somehow I'm back together with her? TBH, it felt good to have a girlfriend again. Until she accused me of being inappropriate with another woman in front of her. Loudly. In a crowd. She knew I was pissed and suddenly became very attentive and clingy. I got away from her as soon as possible because I felt a lot of crazy building up with that one.

I mean, serious stalker-like crazy.

That's where I am right now. I'd like to say I'm taking a break but the problem is that I'm used to getting laid at least twice a week now. But I've shown that I am not ready to get "out there" again. Too many stupid moves.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Making mistakes is part of it, old habits take time to break. I sure know I am making them too, particularly with my favorite prospect. Ouch! Just so long as you realize it and either correct it or move on... But letting it get you down and getting out of the game is AFC behavior for sure.

First thing you need to get out of your head is that sex is THAT important. THAT mindset gets you into relationships with women you wouldn't consider otherwise.

This may sound counterintuitive but when there's been a girl i've liked and I've found out she has quite casually banged a few other guys, like it's nothing, I almost feel resentful to the point where I want to bang her even more. It's like everybody else has had a ride, why can't I!!!

Stupid i know - it should work the other way round, like this girl is a stupid slvt just banging guys who treat her badly, so I lose all interest. Sadly it's not though.

But all that aside being an emotional tampon for a b*tch is one of the worst things a man can do. Don't do it. If she's DTF great, if not then don't spend another second with her. Good luck!

Feedback

Thanks for the feedback guys. I wasn't expecting encouragement after behaving so absolutely AFC.

I'm still avoiding both of these women. There's no use in arguing with them because my ex will still want me to marry her and the other will still want me as her cuddle-monkey-therapist.

And I don't believe that men and women should be in platonic friendships. There's just nothing left there.

@ sodbuster: "First thing you need to get out of your head is that sex is THAT important." Okay, fair point.

@ Yo'Mama: "It's like everybody else has had a ride, why can't I!!!" Yes! That's exactly it! And that's a bad mindset, as you pointed out.

@ MOTU: "But letting it get you down and getting out of the game is AFC behavior for sure." Another fair point.

Thanks again!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
