Mr. Delicious
Senior Don Juan
I wanted to know from the people that did not like the book what was it about the book you didnt like or thought was bad advice.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
They're too stupid and/or closed-minded to understand it. Rich Dad's Guide To Investing really elaborates on what this book is talking about. You minimize the income on your own PERSONAL statement, yet on your corporation's income statement, you maximize total income. Net income is minimized, though, because you only pay taxes on what's left. You take your total income and spend it on reinvesting, business expenses, etc (and since you can have your own personal corporation, with you being the only owner, you can buy anything you want using the corporation money). If you make 500,000 dollars through your personal corporation, and spend 300,000 on business expenses and 150,000 on personal expenses, and all of those are filtered through your personal corporation, your corp will only be taxed on 50,000 dollars.Originally posted by Mr. Delicious

Read the book, and you'll find out that this cat became a multimillionaire in 5 years, and is working on becoming a billionaire.Originally posted by tristan22
I'm not patient enough to follow his plan of save now and buy later. I don't want to wait until i'm near retirement to enjoy my money. I want to find a way to make it now and enjoy it as i make it.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
If you read more towards the bottom of the link Reed talks about hw Kiyosaki lured young boys into the mansion with alchohol and marijuana and fondled them while under the influence.....who knew?Originally posted by Juggerr
There has been oodles of controversy on Mr. Kiyosaki.

^ is an indepth review on Mr. Kiyosaki himself. This "cat" did not become extremely rich until MLM Distributers like Amway picked up the book, and started distributing it to all their associates.

^ is Mr. Kiyosaki's response which is rather inadequate in my opinion. -shrug-
Make of it what you will.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Are you thinkin Michael Jackson? I read that up and down and didn't see what you were talking aboutOriginally posted by thefonz
