I didn't read the whole article, but it seems to me that it's just the usual manipulative feminine bullcrap used to bring men to succumb to their every will.

On the other hand, I kind of liked how the guy reverse engineered the training, it proves that he is not a total pushover. Also putting a bowl of salsa out is cool from a certain point of view (because you get what you wanted all along: food). We also do stupid crap like romance just to get them to shut the hell up, naked and in bed.
