hey man, i just would like some one to answer this for me, because i have no knowledge about this stuff..

i notice on peoples posts that they have a quote from some one elses post,
so when they answer a question or summit they dont have to type out the whole question....ex

how do you take a phrase out of there post and put it in yours????????

and secondly, i want to know how to creat a link...ex;

Look at the bottom of each post, where it says "QUOTE".

When replying, look above where you're typing - see where it says "http://"? Hover the mouse over it and see how it says "Insert a hyperlink into your message"? Move it to "IMG" and it says "Insert an image into your message". Yeah.
