I am so sorry to hear about your loss. That has to be a horrible feeling...

I am surprised your ex wasn't there for you. My ex lost her mom earlier in the year than her brother. I was there for her. I thought her mom was great. I didn't make it to her brothers funeral and she was a bit upset, but I didn't have an opportunity. It was so sad. I still talk to this ex to make sure she's ok.

It sounds like you are so much better off with your ex. If she wasn't there for you in her time of need forget her. She is a horrible person.
