Just got mt test levels checked. Do any of you know how to read it?

I do. Bodyfat is estrogenic because it has aromatase in it. In men, the more estrogen we have, the more our body will slow down testosterone production.
I'm forgetting so much that I learned over the years. It's use it or lose it. Nowadays I remember sh1t like "protocol for detoxing someone off heroin." I will also add that going too low in body fat likewise has a negative effect on libido. You need BOTH testosterone AND estrogen to get it up and to get horny. Too low of either or both will tank your libido. My friends that compete at a higher level use anti-estrogens and oftentimes have difficult getting it up if they go too overboard with it. Get your bf to 8-12 % and test levels should be good.
