"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

the girl i have been seeing has been acting strange and im almoost sure she had been seing someone else. i have been on a emotional roller coaster ride with her. but last night i told her we needed to go our seperate ways. im having very mixed emotions right now. i know i will see her tonight at this band thing but i asked another girl to come along with me. Im nervous about this beacuse i dont want to piss the ex off. but i also bet the guy im sure she has slept with or is currently sleepg with will be there. i would look like a total tool bag if i showed up with no date and she was with that guy. but she said she has not slept with anyone other than me. but if hes not there i run the risk of pissing or off or hurting her feelings. i really want to text her right now but part of me says no. and part says yes. she text me lastnight to say goodnight but i never responded advice?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Emotional roller coaster rides are not good for you, that is not what you are looking for in a girl, right? Let alone, a girl that has been seeing someone else behind your back!!

I think you had good and strong reasons to break up last night, it wasn't just some impulsive decision, was it? So why are you having doubts now? The doubts are probably just the result of your emotional attachment to her.

When an addict decides to quit a drug, he will experience withdrawal symptoms soon after quitting. He will feel that way, even though he KNOWS it was th right decision to quit!

If you KNOW it was the right thing to break up, then stick with it, even though the feeling of breaking up sucks.

Don't take bullsh!t from her just because you are emotionally attached to her! She is accountable for her behavior...so if her behavior makes you feel bad and she won't change it, then you need to look out for yourself and leave her.

If the reason you broke up with her has not changed, then it would be stupid to get back to her. Even though you miss her and it hurts right now, you are not doing yourself a favor by returning to a girl that is no good for you. You are doing yourself a favor by staying away from a girl that is no good for you!

It's all about self respect No girl is worth throwing away your self respect. If she can't give you what you need, then you need to leave her. And though it might make you feel sad to leave her, you have to realize that it is not you who has lost her but that SHE hast lost YOU!

well it was not impulsive i had been having a gut feeling something is going on by the way she acts. and the way she treated me mad me feel bad 90 percent of the time. guess the thought of her sleeping someone else is what kills me right now.

Showing her how little you care now is the ultimate revenge. Laugh and joke and be absofukinglutely cool as ice.

well i got some lastnight but not from her. she was at the same place i was and was flirting with a friend of mine. guess she was trying to get back at me. we eneded up fighting anyway and she left. i got drunk and stared talking **** about her and how crazy she is. hope none of that gets back to her....well i pray. dont know why i still let her toy with my emotions even when im out gettin strange. i think that it was ****ed up for her to be flirting with my friend the way she was. then she said i should just go talk to my *****s refering to a group of girls one of whom is her bosses daughter. just dont understand her i guess. i wish things would work out and we could be friends but it seems like thats not an option.
