“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Just be yourself

Yes I know. Before you say it. It’s on the frontpage of the site. Bad advice.

Right?

I was burned by a girl, a girl that messed with my head, and had my emotions take over me. We’ve all had one. For many of us it was the reason we came to this website. It was my reason. I came here, what, 3 years ago looking for answers. Since then I became involved in getting good with women. I read the updates. Posted in the forum. Looked in to books. Watched the movies.

For months last year I became taken over by it.

And yet I still failed.

I’d been failing with women for all of my life up until that point. Never had a girlfriend, kept getting female friends. Get the number, never get the date. Paralytic in bars and clubs. Sosuave, Doc Love, David D, Robert Greene. I thought they had the answers. I used to read and read. Now I’m at the point where I’ve read all of the updates. There’s no new information for me, just more of the same.

So I did all of that, and up until late last year I still didn’t get anywhere. I had some success. I kept getting “options”, but nothing happened.

So this year, after some conversations with people close to me I just thought, **** it. After years of self-improvement, approaching women and trying to progress in skills and experience, I just left it. I said I’d not do anything from now on. No website, no books. No remembering lines of the net, or asking DJs what to do. I’d just be me.

And it worked.

This year. It’s only been a short one so far – barely a month. And yet so much has changed. I go out, to parties and bars, and get dates. What do I do? I be myself. There some universal laws that I’ve learned that I’ll never dismiss. When you read something and then see the exact same thing happen in the lives of yourself and your friends, you tend to believe it. What are the laws? Never tell a girl you like her. Never put women on pedestals. Don’t be afraid to argue. Don’t become their emotional tampon. Don’t supplicate. Don’t use chat-up lines. Be a man. Make bold moves. Always take action.

You know the rest.

So how do I explain this. I’ve read that “don’t just be yourself” article on the frontpage about 10 times, over the last couple of years, and yet now, I’m being myself and having the most success with women I’ve had in my life. It doesn’t make sense? Women don’t make sense. I had actually replaced “just be yourself” with “be the best you can be”. That was what I told myself when in doubt.

I do have an idea why being myself is working.

I’m convinced that the only reason “just be yourself” worked, is because I’m now the person that the advice works on. If you’re bad with women. If you can’t hold a conversation. If you don’t maintain a good appearance. If you don’t make a good impression. The advice, then, is potentially the worst anyone can give you. But if you’re old enough, wise enough or had enough experience – maybe conquered fears along the way, and learned things by yourself, then the advice does work. If you’re good with women, then being yourself, is just being good with women.

Not being yourself, can also make you fail even more. I had a date last year where I personified ****y and funny. I read half of David D’s book before we went out. She didn’t want to go out on a second date. I must have come off as false and insecure. That’s how I felt I acted.

So now, if I go out with a girl, I’m confident, talkative and outgoing – make jokes, give them compliments, take the lead and abide by the unwritten laws and do fine. Better than fine.

And to improve, well, I just keep going out – and being myself. I used to have a target I’d try to reach (and be pissed off if I didn’t hit it). Now I just do the best I can. If it’s not a good night, it doesn’t matter. I’m out there to have fun. If it is a good night, then great.

I used to stress so much about women, worry all the time, and think things over in my head. I used to plan what I was going to say on dates, even though I never ended up saying it. I used to imagine this happening, and that happening. Read this, and read that. And, I just kept getting rejected. I had almost given up on the whole concept, until I stopped doing all that and finally had some success.

And how? I sat back, relaxed, and was myself.

I can hardly believe it myself.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

whatever works dude...do it...

Maybe being yourself was like you applying all the DJ principles without trying too hard.

However, having said that, for every 99 cases of where the DJ bible and related seduction techniques will actually help an AFC, there will be one case such as yours where you didn't find any such benefit.

I think its best to reply that its not about being yourself its about being natural in everything you do.

The reason you came here is because everything you did before reading the DJ Bible was awkward and led to faliure. As soon as you started reading the DJ Bible you began to apply everything to your life.

However taking bits and pieces from other people advice will not make you natural. It will make you even more awkward then before because you are trying to implemant a behaviour and a way of thinking your mind is not used to mimic or act. The more you do something the better you become. Lebron James makes it look oh so easy to get a tripple double in a game because he is naturally talented but in reality he had to work hard to get where he is today.

After a while when you begin to understand and see a clear picture of who you really are, your actions and thinking will become natural and your new persona will take over. It will turn many of the things you failed before into success. This is in essence what a DJ is all about.

I believe most of us and myself included are stuck in the limbo where sometimes our actions do not appear natural due to the mass of information and ideas which is alien to us at first and it will take some time until we will leave the bits and pieces of "C&F ,Kino" behind because it is not part of a fake persona anymore, it is us.

Some people's "being themselves" means I buy dinners, gifts, always compliment, taking manipulative behavior, follow instead of lead.

I like the concept of "fine tuning yourself" where you are who you are, just refining methods to not be a wuss when it comes to women.

I personally just think you were trying too hard and came off desperate and not congruent when you were hard core into the "DJ lifestyle" or whatever you want to call it.

You can't go from dork to Don Juan overnight, and while your path may not seem ideal, you still made it and now have the success you wanted before. So don't knock the advice you learned here, knock how you (over)applied it.

Either way, good job, because you are better than 99% of the guys out there who never even try to improve with women.

I still think the usual "Just Be Yourself" is BS, particularly when being yourself involves the usual supplicating nice guy AFC routine.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Good observations!

THINK!

Everyone is unique

That means "be yourself" is essentially a different answer for everyone.

If you are a dork DON'T be yourself!

If you are a smooth, take no crap male then BE YOURSELF.

Be yourself when you are the man that women swoon over. That means reading, learning and absorbing. Then finally letting it all go.

It's like riding a bike. At first you concentrate to learn (you might hit a few poles at first because you are watching your feet and not the road) but soon you find you are intune with all the nuances of balance, steering and speed, then you just let go and just do.

That is the ideal path, grasshopper.

I believe that D97 is being himself now. but he is a much more knowledable person about the seduction game than when he first arrived at sosuave. he is using some of the DJ technics to his advantage while not using the ones that dont work for him. he learned himself and now he is being himself.

personally, I dont use all the DJ technics that are told here becuase you can be C&F and still give compliments to a girl.(which is something prohibited by the DJ lifestile).
for example. there is a girl at work who Ive being doing eye contact with and talked only once with her for about 5 minutes. she is a very easy going person who's always laughing and I noticed it. so yesterday I took advantage of her smiling so much.

I went to her
me: has anyone told you that you have the most beautiful smile on earth?
her: luaghing.." no, no one told me that before"
she kept smiling and I knew she would.
me: "if you smile for me again Ill accept your invitation to go to the movies"
she was amazed to hear this because she did not expected it. ofcourse, she never invited me anywhere before.
she started luaghing much more loud. (and I knew she would)
me: "so youre inviting me then, alright I accept your invitation.
her, still laughing.. " I dont know, I dont know, I didnt invite you.
me: "ok, then Ill invite you if thats the problem"
her: still laughing, "Ill tell you later"
me : "ok, sounds fair. bye"

see guys, you can still give compliments and get away with it. I gave her one but then came back with a C&F fastball and got her off the pedestal.

Girls used to avoid me before. They'd literally look away, reject me, cancel dates. I'd spend an entire night trying to approach ONE girl. Then not approach her.

That was two years ago.

Now, I regularly appproach and close about 10 girls a night.

Now, I still do get rejected, but this year (keep in mind it's barely been a month) I've already been on 3 dates, and have 2 for next week.

How?

I'm being myself. Without this website, and the books I would have never gone out and improved, and learned what to do. Although they aren't helping me now, they were the catalyst of it all - the reason I actually went out there and got good.

The last girl I saw said that I was "charming", and "I definitely know how to talk to women". That was a shock. It seems somewhere along the way I did learn what to do, and got better.

I still make mistakes. I had to make a lifetime full of them to get where I am today. But for every one, and they are becoming less and less, I learn.

I'm still going, but I'm content that I can now do so much. For any guy out there who is doubting it - it WILL happen.

Believe me.

you are saying that you used them as a crutch and after awhile they kept you from running, but to be honost where would you be with out the sights and books. You say you are being yourself but you arn't yourself before learning all this, you are yourself with all this new wisdom.

Plus you said it yourself you are playing by the unwrittten rules, but the rules you stated are written in the bible.

SO I am glad to hear of your success and for others I think you can learn a lot from this. Get the basics in your mind than just go out and forget them and allow yourself to have fun but still concious of the rules and stratagies taught to you.

There is a saying "don't bite the hand that feeds you" I think in this case with out the teachings you would have never made it to where you are and it seems you are happy with the outcome.

You wrapped your broken wing in the teachings and lessons of dating than cast those wrappings away to swore into the great wide open. But those wrappings made it possible. Now those teachings are in the back of your mind and helping you weather you want to give them credit or not.

Either way keep it up and have fun. The sky is the limit. PCZ

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

You can't just be yourself.

What if you have weird habbits and hobbies that turn away women? You'd probably hide it or at least not bring it up.

So right then and there you stopped being yourself.

Besides if we acted like the way we wanted too we would be playfighting and calling them b1tches every two seconds. You can't just be yourself unless you are tailor-made to being a player.

I'm being myself, as I am NOW.

That person is different to when I came here, unstable and wounded, a few years back.

I don't know what happened. Last year I couldn't get a date. Now I'm seeing 2 girls in one day.

It takes a lot of work. I go out twice a week and literally approach any girl I can, with the intention of taking her out. It was with the help of all of this, that I am able to do that.

There does come a point where not thinking, and just relying on instinct, second nature and trusting your skills reaches more success than reading and applying a technique.

I love what has happened. I still feel in the dark about how it happened.

I must have changed.

D97, I'm willing to bet there wasn't as much wrong with you than you might have suspected. Perhaps it was just a confidence thing.

Keep in mind, after 3 years, some of the stuff that you learned here probably sunk in, and by being more yourself you were able to incorporate everything and obtain a more natural confidence.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
