I jsut started doing this recently but it helps you out a lot in terms of keeping up to date on the more inspirational posts, or posts that are attuned to your situation. Instead of having to search for them constantly or bumping up the old posts, you can just subscribe to them so they appear on your User CP page. If it is an older post, just set the timeline to 'from the beginnnig' and you're set!

That should ease up a lot of the bumping of older posts uneccesarily, save you having to copy and paste from Microsoft Word repeatedly, and drill some important ideas home...
