“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Since it's summer and I been going out alot, I just felt inclined to buy a pack of cigs.. It takes me back to old times when I used to smoke weed and have a cigarette after with my guys.. I never had an addiction or a habit to nicotine but I always had a strong physical desire when I would drink --mostly for the physical aspect of it rather than the effect itself.

Long story short, I had about 2-3 weeks where I had cigs and was smoking everday. But, ofc i dont have a habit or a real craving for nicotine.. so when I stopped, didn't feel too bad.. I had bought one pack but then was invited to some afterparties for an event and an industry night (special night where alot of people in the nightlife industry/club industry gather together, and some close friends) and had bough tanother pack to share with people..

All was fine after finishing the 2nd pack until I went and played basketball and just felt off. my energy was not the same. what I was experiencing was a symptom of nicotine withdrawal.. being fatigue. Usually I have so much energy, i run around like a mad man, can be at the park, do pullups on the bar, muscle ups , run around the park for a bit, play like 5 games of basketball.. But, nope, I felt off just playing my first game alone, despite warming up a bit.

Moral of the story: **** Cig.arettes. It wasnt the cigarettes itself, but the lack of nicotine and the brain craving and expecting nicotine because i twas fed nioctine the past 2-3 weeks. --
