Last post :D. Anyway for us skinny sonuva*****, eat it anyway.

I'm hearing "eat correct food" but what about skinny people? We don't have time to think about it. We have to munch all the way.

If I'm wrong, respond without any flaming. :D Respond on.

Did it ever occur to you that you stay skinny because your stuffing yourself with nutritionless calories.

I agree that too much junk food can make you fat, but who wants that.

I am 6 foot and about 6 months ago, I use to weight 135lbs. I use to eat junk food all the time, when I was younger I thought it was cool, which was stupid, because I thought to myself man I can eat crap food and not get fat while some people are.

Now that I have hit the heavy weights and eating lots and lots of good food, I now weight 155lbs (still too skinny in my opinion). Take it from me, when a skinny person says they want to gain weight, they mean lean body mass. Not saying all of my weight is lean, I did gain some fat (bulking).

People should have a healthy diet regardless because skinny people can have health problems down the road due to too much junk food.

Anyway I was going on the assumtion that he meant lean body weight? I rather be skinny then have flab.
