When i box, i do 3 minute rounds, and 1 minute rest, then 3 minute rounds for 20 minutes or so. Do the intervals for fat loss, and if you are going for performance, try to do a constant 10 minute.. Will be hard at first, but i do about 100 jumps / 40 seconds at a steady pace, so 10 minutes is about 1500 jumps.. SO just count in your head to time yourself.
When i jump freestyle, like no timer or anything i will do about 1000 or so, but i go by the 100, so if i mess up at 210 i start back at 200, if i mess up at 286 i start back at 200.
If you can, do it about 2 hours after lunch
