"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Write in a private journal about all the interesting stuff that happened in your day. Interesting thoughts, events, jokes. . . .anything interesting at all.

That keeps all the interesting stuff fresher in your memory, and whenever you meet people, you have more topics to bring up.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I understand the premise but c'mon, it you can't remember your own experiences are they really all that interesting?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

We all have a few interesting thoughts everyday, and something interesting happens to us every couple days. Can you honestly remember all of them off the top of you head? To get what I mean, think about the year 2003. Out of 365 days that year, how many days can you actually remember?

Actually I can remember the truly interesting ones whenever I'm in a similar situation. The anecdote makes for good conversation fodder. Hell, I can still tell stories about studying U.S. history in the fourth grade. But lets be realistic, if anyone needs to memorize the events of every day out of the year for topics of conversation, the person really should work on the breadth of the conversation skills, not necessarily their content.

That is also true, for me atleast. But having contest fresh in my mind does help weed out those awkward silences.

Another reason im doing this is figure out what I spend most of my time thinking about. The most socially suave people i've ever met. . . .they just know how to get me to open up, I could talk forever with those people. One pattern I noticed is that they bring up stuff that I think about a lot, therefore I have a lot to say about that topic.
That is something i'm trying to do. To do that, I have to figure out what people generally think about. To do that, I'll try to figure out what I generally think about.
Im sure this may seem ridculus to someone who is naturally a good conversationalist, but for someone like me, its the next step to becomming one.

I wouldn't say it's ridiculous but anything that's scripted in order to be memorized tends to lose spontaneity points when finally delivered. Now I have replayed funny incidents I had during the day on my way home and find some jovial twist to it that would make for a good story.

The thing is that being natural in your conversations is really easy once you become comfortable in your ability to contribute to a conversation. The fact is that no one can memorize stories for every possible conversation, occasionally you'll need to wing it. Remember that a conversation isn't all about you entertaining someone else, it also helps if you can lead them in keeping you entertained.

You could talk about eating sh!t, and if you do it well, you'd still get laid. Nobody ever pays attention to what you say, not in today's visual-orientated culture.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
