“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hi all,

So, I'm joining a pop dance class this weekend, and from what I've read and seen, the number of students in the class are around 15 - 20, and there's only 1 or 2 guys at the most (in some cases, it's 0).

Thing is: when girls see a guy join a dance class, won't they think something like "why is he joining the class" and their defenses will go way up?

I guess my question is: if they ask me why I join the class, what do I say? Can't say I want to meet more girls and pick up chicks even though it's partially the case.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I would play it off like you are already a dancer that wants to learn another style.

I know you took a Tango class. Even if you didn't finish the class, they don't need to know that.

"I did some Tango for a while, but now I'm looking to learn something that will fit contemporary club/dance music."

It's very common for dance enthusiasts to learn more than one style or take short classes/workshops on other styles that may even be completely unrelated to their regular dancing.

Ok guys! If there's any one here who can dance or have been to a dancing class before, I need some tips.

I went to the trial class today, 45 mins.

I'm not sure if this problem I'm having is due to the fact that I've no experience / background in dancing, but why am I having issues remembering the dance moves? LOL

It's like, the teacher demos a series of moves, and we do it, but when it's time to do the moves from start to end etc (including earlier moves), I start to forget half the moves and screw up LOL :D

Will becoming more experienced make me get more used to remembering the moves? Most of the students in the class today are experienced ones, so I acted like a complete idiot in the dance class as you can imagine.
It's like, they see the moves one time, and lo and behold! They reproduce it nicely.

Definitely doesn't help in picking up chicks there since it makes me look slow and retard, and which makes me feel that I should concentrate on learning the dancing here and apply it elsewhere to pick-up chicks, and NOT from within the dance class.

Yes becoming more experienced will get you used to remembering the moves. It was your first class, don't worry, nobody is going to judge you. I'm going to take some dance classes as well. If anyone asks you why you are taking the class you can say I like dancing and I want to improve my skills with it.

I started taking Kung Fu a couple of months ago, there are a lot of moves that are awkward and I felt like a dork for a while, I still do sometimes, but everybody feels that way at the beginning, even the guys that have been doing for a while still screw up.

Don't give up, being able to dance well at clubs will get you girls.
Good luck!

i started dance clases a month ago and yeah at first i forgot the moves, looked like a complete idiot. but in a few classes you will improve a lot.
you can pick up chicks from the clases, last girl ive been with was from dance classes. and in clubs knowing how to dance will get you more girls.

It's totally normal. A dance class is also a mental workout - a brain teaser if you will. It's hard to remember everything, and a lot of teachers go fast.

In addition, a "beginner" class might not be all beginners. Plenty of experienced dancers repeat classes they already know to review the material and continue to perfect it. So, someone who appears to learn it super fast might have already taken that class or a similar one before. I have two dance classes tonight: one I know cold and one that I'm learning for the first time.

There is no silver bullet to remembering the stuff. Get plenty of rest the night before the class; if you are too tired, you'll get confused with the steps more easily and won't be as focused on what the teacher is doing and saying. Most of all, practice as much of the stuff (as you can remember) before the next class as possible.

Maybe write down a few notes when you leave class and are sitting in the car. Write down whatever you remember, even if it's only the NAMES of the patterns. This can help you when you practice. You can even search the name of the pattern or move on Y ou tu be and possibly find a video on that piece of the dance. (Although dance is an art, so different teachers might have slightly different variations of the same thing.)

Then the name becomes a mental "shorthand" abbreviation for a certain move. That makes remembering a bit easier. (Or make up your own name for the move to help you remember it.)

But either way, stay with it. It's very fun and rewarding.

I know what you mean about not being at your best in front of the women because you are trying to learn. I had more luck using my dancing on people OUTSIDE of class. Or once you advance, take the beginner class AGAIN as a review. You can meet some new girls and be better at it than they are.

Wow, tks guys! All these feels really inspirational. Will stick to the classes and if nothing, it definitely is really fun to dance!

Oh, and for those of you dancers: when in the middle of a dance where the series of steps is long and you forget the moves halfway and everyone else is following along, do you just stand there and try to look cool with it and wait for the dance to start on a fresh set?

@MillionBillionaire: Google? :)

This is what i do.
Try to folow the next moves if you forgot some, that happened to me a lot of times and even now, just play it cool. Dont make a big deal, you are there to learn.

What are you doing? Salsa?

Nah, doing indian fusion dance LOL :D
I'm currently watching some youtube vids where they show the most fundamental stuff, like shifting of weight to one leg, hip shakes and that shoulder forth-and-back etc.

Really don't understand why they don't have classes geared towards the real fundamentals though. It's like you go in and you're being thrown into the deep end of the pool and the instructor moves really fast!

I will never understand why so many dance teachers go so fast.

I do ballroom, but my teacher is great with beginners and breaks everything down into pieces that you can understand. Even though women aren't supposed to "back lead," an experienced female partner can sort of compensate for a newbie guy's errors because you are linked together in partner dancing.

Dancing separately in sort of a line dance is challenging because you don't have that support. Keep at it man. Much respect.

I tried the 1st level of salsa class 4 times and could never get into it. Think the third time my partner was a HB 9 but I had such low confidence that I didn't go to the remaining classes because I thought she was too good for me.

Anyway, if they ask you "why you are joining the class?" You say "To meet more girls and pick up chicks". They are not dumb and I don't think you are either. Anything more or less is fake.

No. 1 thing - make sure you dance because you love it then the rest will come easy. Woman will come with it. I too started out like a rigid rugby player clumping about a dance floor. A tip I had with dancing is to really focus - you think it's dancing so you take it easy and get burned. Think of it like a sport - demands all your attention. Then learn to chunk and name parts mentally. I.e. maybe there is a twist and a turn - give it a name and remember the part so that once you hit that routine, you remember it. Learning from the top is hard but you'll reap rewards. Furthermore you can get into the 'underground community' of that certain genre and expand your social circle which always helps.

Ok, some updates.

Went to the dance class again yesterday. Screwed up like hell and I'm the only retard there as usual. Looked like a complete weirdo.

But it was very fulfilling and fun, and I kept thinking about the dance while walking back home :D

4 preliminary observations, though:

1) When people said girls in dance classes are hot, well, I found out for myself they REALLY ARE. Most of the ones in my class are like 7.5 - 8.5 / 10 on average, and that's without make-up. There's a couple of fuglies but no matter.

2) Seems that girls who go to dance classes (especially the energetic type of dances) are mostly those vibrant, outgoing, positive and I-know-what-I-want-in-life successful types LOL
The vibe is very upbeat and can't seem to find those negative-complaining-whining-non-stop type of female AFCs.

3) The bad: the class is only 1 hour, with no breaks in between, and after the class is up, the next class moves in and those who only sign up for 1 class moves out of the room. Seems like no one there is really talking much to each other, even among the girls themselves. It's like: go in, dance, get out.
I think I've to arrive earlier before class starts to even hope of making any talk to them.

4) The chicks in the class are all really tall and I'm the 2nd shortest person there (yup, the chicks are all taller than me :D). I'm short but in daily life, I'm still taller than my female friends etc, but these dance chicks are like models.

Very intimidating and scary (have to do plenty of positive self-talk each time I go), but it really trains courage and spirit.

Good observations. The main thing is most women who dance aren't fat, which is a huge bonus :).

Yes, they often start the next class as soon as the first one ends. It's easier to talk before the first class.

The height thing is true too. I'm 5'11" and still often find myself dancing with these basketball player height women lol. And they wear heels lol.

It does take courage. But it's quite rewarding. Good job man.
