oblique crunches- 4 sets of 40 each side
roman chair knee lift- 3 sets of 30-40
oblique crunch on back extention bench- 3 sets of 3-40 each side
flat bench crunches- 4 sets of 40
v-ups- 3 sets of 30
this is done 3 days a week
