crunches- 4 sets of 40

oblique crunches- 4 sets of 40 each side

roman chair knee lift- 3 sets of 30-40

oblique crunch on back extention bench- 3 sets of 3-40 each side

flat bench crunches- 4 sets of 40

v-ups- 3 sets of 30

this is done 3 days a week

what do ya think?

What is the goal of this routine? To get a visible six pack?

Almost every knowledgable person that I have talked to strongly warns against over working a muscle group. Three times a week doing that many reps and different exercises are way too much. You're better off doing normal crunches while hugging a plate.

this is a shytte workout. there is nothing special about your abs that make them able to be worked 3 times a week. and most importantly your abs just like your other muscles grown off intensity overload not high rep of light weight. use weights in all your ab workouts and keep them in between 4-6 reps. o and no matter how well you work your abs they wont show unless u have about 10% bf.
