What do you guys do here?

I'm a Designer/Programmer. I'm always thinking of the next new thing, and always thinking of some idea to hustle on the side, eg. come up with an interesting app taking into account my interests.

I also live in the gym with a goal to appear on fitness magazines covers - I'm in the gym 5/days a week.

I had many people coming to me saying I should train people as I get lots of people asking me how I do this and how I do that.

Regarding goals?

Within 12 months:

Bachelor of International Business
Diploma of Financial Services
Financial Services Degree

Bench 245lbs for 3 sets of 5 reps.
Squat 360lbs for 3 sets of 5 reps.
Deadlift 405lbs for 3 sets of 5 reps.
Military Press 185lbs for 3 sets of 5 reps.
10 widegrip pullups, weighted with 25lbs.
Get down to and maintain 12% bodyfat year-round.

Within 24 months:

Full-time job in Financial Services with salary around $70,000-$80,000.
Semi-fluent in Mandarin, Spanish and French.

Within 48 months:

Salary in todays dollars of $125,000.
Have $80,000 in cash to purchase a $400,000 house to rent to 3 people.
Have a long-term relationship with a hot and cool woman.
Fluent in Mandarin, Spanish, French. Attain a Language Major
Shoot a quarter at 1000 yards with a .308.

Within 15 years:

Have my investments earn an annual net profit of $100,000.

Within 20 years:

Build a business in the industry of my choosing based upon life experience and my natural gift of creativity.

Within 25 years:

Retire to a small island in the South Pacific or a large acreage in the Swiss Alps. Or both.
