You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I am getting paid WAY less than I am worth. I make about four - ten thousand for the company every 2-4 days and yet I personally am still usually broke.

I KNOW I am worth more but they will NOT budge with regards to my pay level.

I am wondering would you guys work at the top of your game if you weren't being paid fairly or would you let the quality of your work subside based on what you make? I don't want to feel like I am being taken advantage of, like I am, I want to show them that they get what they pay for, which is not very much. Is this just immature?

Should I really try my BEST when I know they aren't paying what my best is worth?

I am here until July or so then leaving (they don't know this yet though) so I am not going to quit at this point; I just ask these questions because my pride is killing me and effecting my inner game.

I think you should start looking and NEXT your company.

While you can alway make the case to your supervisor that you merit a raise, IMO, if they are not independently recognizing and rewarding you appropriately, then its best to find a new employer. You shouldn't have to blow your own horn very much.

That said, are you sure your perception and your employers of you are in sync?

Chump is right. If you realized you're are worth more than you're rewarded, try finding another company that would value your work.

Dear SoylentGreen,
We are in the early stages of the gravest economic downturn in nearly eighty years......millions more will lose their jobs and if you are in private enterprise you might be one of them.........your track record might make you one of those lucky to keep their jobs.....think carefully.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

My perception is not skewed on this one. I am definitely worth a lot more money. Without revealing too much: I work with six others in an office. When the phone rings in said office, one of us answers it. Each call could potentially bring in anywhere from $400 - $7000. Of course, some people call already WANTING what we have to sell which is easy and ANY of my co-workers and I can sell to THOSE people. But I am the expert when it comes to the uncertain customer. I can convince them to "really imagine what it would be like" to purchase what I have. I am the "closer". (wish I could say the same when it came to women).
Out of the six people I work with I am paid second lowest and (quite possibly even the VERY lowest) First, second and third place pay rates go to the guys that have been there the longest (fair enough) and even their pay is too low in my eyes though they are comfortable with it. The person who makes fourth highest I am WAAAAY better at my job than, in every way possible. And I have more hours put into the office than her as she spent all of last year on MAT leave.

I am the office "relaxant" - I get along with EVERYONE in our hostile environment. I am the ONLY person that gets along with ALL of my co-workers. I make our boring job very fun. I hear MY words coming out of my co-workers mouth when they are selling - even the ones that have been there longer are using my Soylent-speak. Every staff member loves when I am working and thanks to my putting into action the tools on sosuave alot of the girls love me just a BIT more than before, teehee.

So yeah I believe my quest for more money is warranted. I do need a reference letter though so I guess I will continue to operate at 110% but it just kills me cause they don't deserve it. Aaargh. Its not just me, NOBODY is getting more money. I'm the only one that seems to be bothered about it is all

I'll have to accept the things that cannot be changed...and look forward to my new job in July.

Shop out for a new job now, don't wait until July.

That being said, Sac was right that we're in a bad way here in the states, so make sure your new job will still be there in a year. Oh, and when you leave, don't burn any bridges. No matter how tempting it may be to do so.
