What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If Americans believe that soldiers protect their freedom to read my fantastic posts they probably also believe that straight men want to dedicate their lives to young ripped male athletes. Uh, no. That is what FIFA 12 is for. Look, I love when Kaka sends a perfect pass to Neymar (on Ultimate Team), but I am definitely cool with them being little animated pixels that I don't have to talk to.
Now, I didn't buy a f----- expensive camera with the idea that I could become a "C" level fashion photographer because I thought that Eastern European girls like her might look good in an advert for "Etro"... If I had a wife and told her of my ambition to become a "C" level fashion photographer I suspect she would get a clue.

My point? If a man dedicates his life to models, musicians, or actresses he is probably going to bang a few of them along the way. If a man dedicates his life to making balloon animals for toddlers...uh...well you get the picture. So, never trust a man who paints his face and wants to make a balloon dog for your nephew.
Now, if he wants to make something like this out of balloons send him to me! That is the f----- coolest piece of art I have seen in a long while.
