"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

how in the world did this guy loose so much weight just eating sandwiches and walking every day? I've been walking everyday and I don't get the results he got....loosing 30 pounds in one month is this possible just eating healthy(salads and steak) without the subway sandwiches?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Genetics and metobalism also play a role.

But there is no easy way to go around it if you are serious about losing weight. Hit the gym hard at least 3-4 times a week and eat right (4-6 small meals a day mainly vegetables and protein) and drink plenty of water.

Not only will you lose the weight but also build muscle.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

If you're just walking, forget it. If it's true that he went from 10k calories to 2k a day, then he could have done just about nothing and still lost a ton of weight. subway is in the business of selling sandwiches and they were capitalizing on something that is very much the exception, not the rule.

Vegetables and high quality meats and fish with ample amounts of natural fats (beef fat, butter, lard, cocoanut oil, olive oil) will get you a very long way. Avoid any and all refined carbs.

Subway = no-no
No grains, no potatoes, no juices, no booze and no junk food.

If you find yourself getting hungry all the time, get more fat in your diet. It's natures appetite suppressant and it won't make you gain weight. Carbs are the culprit leading to syndrome X, insulin resistance and eventual diabetes.

As a man, if your belly button circumference measures wider than your hip bones, you have insulin resistance.

Supplementing with L-Glutamine and taking Pancreatic enzymes can help get your body back on track, if you can stick to a paleo-esque diet of meats/fish, veggies and a bit of fruit (post workout).

Everyone is different. some can handle a bit more carbs than others. You need to tailor your intake by trying and seeing how you react. I don't do carbs very well. Bread and beer make me fat. Period. Some people can handle the occasional sandwich.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Eat potatoes. They are high in potassium and other minerals, more importantly they are completely natural so in no way do they fall under the banner of your argument.

Your rule is somewhat accurate but by no means a fact.

I live on sandwiches and am very, very healthy looking and feeling. "Doing the occasional sandwich" isn't the same as "doing the occasional line". You aren't going to derail your body by eating sandwiches. 90% of people who think this can't count kilojoules worth a damn and blame carbs. The reason carbs suck is when they're processed they become nutritionally empty- lacking in vitamins, minerals and other macro-nutrients- and denser. Think about it, a Big Mac has ~55-60 grams of carbs per 100, versus potatoes falling in around 30, with far more vitamins and minerals.

So yes, I agree natural > processed but they both have a role. And eating a bit of both doesn't really matter. Sure, sticking to all natural is nice but really there is no proof either way. Except, you know, our ancestors were way more bad-ass. In fact, (skim) milk is a processed food and is the closest natural thing for optimum macro content post workout.

Sorry bro, but you're misinformed and taking things out of context. Anyone who doesn't have belly fat and blood/sugar handling issues can definitely eat potatoes and grains in moderate amounts. (very few people truly fall in this category, in terms of percentage of population)

I'm getting down to the people who really want to cut their BF% and lean up.

Those minerals and vitamins can be found in a lot more places, and potatoes are better left out if someone is trying to lose body fat and get their blood/sugar and insulin resistance issues back to normal.

The only time you might really want to carb up is immediately post workout, preferably even before the sweat dries. Insulin is a carrier hormone, as well as a fat storage hormone. spike your blood sugar right after a workout will drive nutrition into your muscles.

But, this is in the context of someone who wants to get the fat off as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Anyone who has been training for ages, eats well and maintains a relatively low body fat % by staying pretty active, can handle more carbs. Their bodies aren't very efficient in storing these calories, as they tend to burn them up.

Until someone with a spare tire gets down to no spare tire and can stay that way for a decent period of time (a year, or more) would best be served to avoid the starchy/sugary carbs, even the natural ones.

Context, dude.... Context.

Best way to lose weight is to do short, intense work-outs (i.e sprints). My older cousin is a chiropractor and was once a sports trainer, and he would tell people who were "fat" and wanted to lose weight to do this.

Doing cardio (jogging long distances) will only help so much. The best way to lose weight is:

Short Intense Workouts
Eat Less/Better
Get Adequate Rest
Stay Active

You don't need subway to lose weight or any other fad diet. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months (went from 5'9 200 pounds to 180 pounds) just by replacing two meals a day with a cup of oatmeal and cutting out junk food. I had a cup of oatmeal for breakfast and lunch and then would eat anything I wanted for dinner.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Going into subway these days is almost as bad as going into any other fast food joint. You could easily get fat if you are not careful about what you choose.
