“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

This isn't related to working out and fitness, btu this is towards health, I was playing basketball and jammed my finger, it's a normal injury, but I haven't jammed it in many months, it naturally heals after 1-2 weeks but is there anyway of getting it to heal faster?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I have tried that already, lol. Should I cold shock it, use hot water, tape it up, keep applying pressure on it?

I've heard applying constant perssure to it makes it better faster, is it true?

I wouldn't use heat on that type of injury. Ice 20 minutes off 20 on whenever you can, keep it stabilized whenever you might be prone to bump it a lot. Sometimes if you talk to a doctor they can give you an antiinflamatory which will help keep swelling down too.

Ice only works for the first hour or so after an injury like that. I played basketball in high school and I got them all the time (as well as other teammates). What you need to do is either tape it to the finger next to it if you are going to be active with the hand, or put a metal splint on it. Jammed fingers will heal with time and there are no special methods to speed up the process. If it is still sore after 4-6 weeks, I would go to the doctor. You may have torn a ligament or your finger may not have popped back into place correctly. If it really hurts.. just cut the damn thing off. Who needs it anyways?! That's why you have 9 more.
