You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Squats- 3x5 260 lbs.- These were tough as expected, but I did them. On the last rep my knees turned inward, which I'm trying very hard to avoid doing. Also, on some reps my butt will wiggle to the side so that I can get the weight up. All in all these were good.
Military Press- 3x5 125 lbs.- I think I'm stalling on these. Once again, I fell on the last repetition of my last set. My delts are pretty pumped up compared to my frame, I think the rest of my body needs to catch up before this will rise a significant amount.
Bent Over Rows- 3x5 115 lbs.- Been doing this dumbass exercise since May and I don't see the point. Either my form sucks or I'm not doing the proper weight, since I haven't really gone up, and I don't fell like I get much from it. Any advice appreciated.
Lat pull ups- Did 1 set of lat back pull ups and 2 sets of lat front pull ups. I would like to do more of these, but again, my strength/muscular endurance on my lats does not seem to be rising very quickly.
Abs- Did two slow, excruciating sets of 10 on hanging leg raises.
Bench- Maxed for the hell of it, put 245 on and put it up for 1 rep, was very pleased.
Rowing Machine- Did 20 minutes on the rowing machine just to keep the metabolism going.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
