"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Talked to a really cute woman that worked at a restaurant and she ended up flipping the frame on me and saying we should do a certain thing when working out. Initiated talking to a cute woman at the gym tonight and I just talked about herself and the topics she brought up. I planned on closing her and asked if she had a boyfriend and she started telling me about him. I left.

I'm not getting the respect from women in my social circle that previously liked me. They friendzone me and they're useless to me. One sent me a message asking if I'd still be her friend if she started drinking.

I've been striving to be more alpha but I'm getting nowhere. I'm way too passive and I haven't learned to be flirty with women. I know the basics about game and how to treat women, but I keep giving off a friendly non-threatening vibe. I don't kiss up to women, but I'm not confident with women, though I try to be.
So what can I do to get more respect and attraction from women while leading and controlling things?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Don't ask her if she has a boyfriend.... that is weak @ss behavior. If she has a BF she will let you know when you try and close. If she is giving you stong IOI and good body language then IGNORE what she says. Tell her you didn't ask her if she had a BF you asked for her phone number... then tease her that her boyfriend doesn't let her have a phone? If she won't give you her number THEN walk away.

Without knowing anything else than what you just posted I can tell you that you are getting FZed because you are asking too many questions and building too much rapport rather than building attraction. You have to put out a sensual vibe first... then build rapport... The fact that you asked her if she has a BF demonstrates that your approach is too logical... you need to communicate emotionally.

Do not put out a 'friendly non-threating' vibe, you need to put out an "I want to fvck you, but I'm not really quite sure yet" vibe.

Read the DJ Bible... it's all in there.

If I am talking with anyone male or female and they want to take the conversation a direction that I do not I may say "All right, well, that is something to consider" and maybe try to get back on topic or maybe just forget it.

OR, "Ahh ok".

I also may vibe off a bored vibe or even a "your nuts" vibe at times.

I never try to out talk them.

Some people just love to hear themselves talk. Talking is a hobby to them and there is no way to (legally) shut them up lol

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
