"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

There's an interesting cycle I see people going through here, actually, not just here but everywhere! I see it everywhere. The cycle of complication.

The person wants success, they want girls, they want a good body, they want good grades, the 'whole package'. So they set out on a mental adventure to find the truth, the single method that will bring everything they ever wanted to fruition. Then this person finds it! They find the method that will bring them success! Hooray! Then about 3 days goes by and the person starts questioning their method, 'is it really the answer?' they ask themselves, and these questions only lead to more questions which is where the 'complication' comes in to it. Then they try to find a method to success again, and all of a sudden, jeez look at this! They found the REAL secret to success only to start questioning the secret in about a week. The cycle continues and the poor soul goes nowhere and remains depressed.

Do you see the cycle? People are forgetting simplicity. There are so many methods out there that DO work, people just dont give them enough of a chance. There is no secret to success. However, there are methods that work, and plenty of them.

This raises an important question. What about the methods that DONT work. How do you seperate them from the ones that do? Well first of all, give them a ****en chance! When you give these strategies a chance to work then chances are, they will!

Having looked at methods and the cycle of complication this brings up one factor: the factor of choice. Here are some common choices.

Do i want to look good physically?
1) Work really hard and eat accordingly and show improvements
2) Say im going to work out and try different workouts and eating plans every week until i end up doing nothing - show little to no improvement
3) Do nothing and show no improvement

Want to get girls?
1) Approach girls and learn what works and what doesnt, keep trying and start getting girls 2) Look for all the different strategies on approaching and attaining confidence and show no results.
3) Do nothing and show no improvement.

Want to be your own boss?
1)Look in ot business and learn what you have to do and start one up
2) Read all the books on business and think about all the ideas i could do and look for the easy way out
Do nothing and show no improvement

There are your choices. Even by doing what i just did you are starting the complication cycle. Stop analysing everything. Look for something that might work and try it. See what happens. This is the only key to success. I know it is a key to success - because noone else does it. Everyone else keeps getting confused and dont follow the simplicity of it.

Why does the answer to success have to be some kind of 10,000 word essay?

Another thing, why do people think about motivation. Stop trying to figure out the secret to motivation. The law of motivation of simple: If you want something, go and get it. Visualisation exercises, affirmations, etc. Aren't going to save you.

You want something - you go get it.

Thats the simplicity of it. See what i'm doing here? I'm making everything that SEEMS complicated simple. I turned 3 of lifes questions in to simple procedures. Looking good, getting girls, & owning your own business.

From now on i will always live life like this.

"Love life, love your family, love your friends, and if you want something - go and get it" - Me

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Here's the formula

1) Work out exactly what you want
2) Make a real massive action plan
3) Take action and notice what does/doesn't work
4) See what works / what doesn't work - change your
approach till you get the right results.

This will work with anything and everything. Now do it.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
