I feel like everyone needs their retreat. I am not leaving this forum but i need to digitally detox a bit

some bad behavior from a woman left me shooken to the core again which is amazing given my wife had done far worse to me

i didnt show the women anger or neediness. She may think i moved on. I need to forget about her.

It triggered my fight of flight. Its terrible
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
