This guy is basically saying that when the war started, all the unmarried women left to go elsewhere in Europe, and the ones that are still there are more interested in Ukrainian Heroes than Passport Bros. (This is direct contradiction to an earlier post, but I will trust this info before that in an earlier post.) He now recommends Moldova & Kazakhstan.
