“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Okay, so my coach advised me to keep a regular diary of my eating and training habits, so rather than writing it in a notebook I decided to write it up here. Questions and comments are welcome. This is, afterall, a bit different than what most others do here as far as fitness goes.

6AM

Got on the bike for a 30 mile training ride. The morning course is a very hilly one - one of the last hills is about 400 meters at 13% -so my legs always feel alive when I'm done. No real problems today, but it was cold. Damned cold. 27 degrees out. Average speed: 23 miles per hour. Ate a powerbar and during the ride and drank a bottle of gatorade.

Most of my rides are done on an Aegis road bike. My final ride of the day was not, however.

Recently I purchased a Kestrel KM40 TT/Triathalon bike. I did a 30.5 mile training ride with that at 4PM. The only interesting that that happened was that my Oakleys fogged up at one point and I almost got hit by a car. Oh well. You win some and you lose some!

Average speed: 27 miles per hour.

Had a shake consisting of the following ingredients after the TT ride:

plain non fat yogurt
skim milk
banana
pineapple chunks
ice cubes

I'll be more specific regarding meals, amounts etc. tomorrow.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Just curious. What are you training for? Race? Overall fitness?

No. I use to race Mountain bikes in the late 80's when no one else did. Then the kids graduated from BMX and started kicking @ss! LOL...

Now it's just recreation. I run (sort of), hike and mostly lift weights.

Ever do any extreme endurance races? Like 24 hours of XXX ?? I've done one of the High Tec races and a local one...

I've won a 127 mile road race between myself and 11 other cyclist friends of mine. Stretched through Connecticut and Massachussetts. I averaged 24 mph and it was easily the most difficult thing I've ever done. I was 1'21" faster than the second place rider.

Other than that, I do some smaller Cat 2 races locally. I've done a few smaller triathlons as well. Adventure racing sounds like fun but I haven't tried that yet.

Back to work!
