It's gotten to the point where it's not even worth the trouble with girls

Seriously, too much work to get miniscule results if you are lucky. Waste a whole weekend trying to get like two numbers that will end up flaking on you anyway. However, flaking just saved you some time because if they go out on a date than you have to deal with more bull ****. Once you **** them, you have a week to about 2 months of honey moon period before she starts playing games. Some men leave once the trouble starts, or some drag it out till the car finally goes off a cliff.

Dude, one advice. Stop forcing yourself trying to get numbers! Believe me it is not going to work in that way. As long as try harder, it feels like youre chasing a ghost and you starting to feel youre invisible to woman. Number one rule is dont chase.

It is also the same for getting the numbers by the meaning of cold approaches, day gaming etc...

If your main point is increasing self-confidence rather getting the numbers do cold approaches. But youre doing it just for getting the numbers prepare yourself to be burned more! I am trying to do cold approaches since 5 days but I couldnt do even one because of the fear of rejection or finding a girl receptitive.

Read material, workout, watch some movie, hangout with friends or find a good hobby that you can meet with some other people easily. Social circles are much more easier places to get the numbers rather than cold approaches...

Wow. I never thought I would ever agree with Dhoulmagus but it does get depressing after a while. It happens in other things in life too. Too much of anything makes you apathetic towards it.

What you do is take some time off and focus on other things. Sports, work, hobbies, family, education etc. After a while, get back into the game and you'll find out you have a renewed interest in dating.
