"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I don't wish upon this but when someone deserves the karma damn it's awesome when you find out the hobag that screwed with your head is even dumber than you thought.

Found out from a good friend that the single mom bar slut lying user that lived with me has been shacking up with some meth head pill junky that's married but beat his wife and threatened to kill her so she left and has a kid on the way with a different woman and wants nothing to do with the kid. The best part is she has no idea about all this about him. Getting a taste of her own medicine. Oh my I was laughing my ass off when I found that out. hahaha. Total worthless trash. I still hear her words from when she told me that she is a loser with no personality but at least I'm hot. Just can not believe I actually put my **** in that scum. Life has been so much better since she was erased from my life. No more lies and senseless drama.

I know it's bad to feel exhilarated by this type of news. But what goes around comes around. I can not wait to hear if she gets knocked up by this guy because she doesn't like to use protection.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

There's nothing wrong with enjoying this awesome news. When you parted with her, you took the time to work on your happiness. The best revenge is having a good/happy life. Well...you life just got happier when you hear the news.

More proof that women love the bad boy. This guy must be totally alpha!
What can we learn from this guy that we can emulate?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Haha. Zekko that was awesome. I still think about how much money I blew on that dirty lying ***** and it makes me sick. i swear i mustve blown over 2k on her over the course of 2 months. Yeah it was that messed up. Thank god I snapped out of it and came to my senses. But damn was I fool for that time period for total manipulation. Fell for the ho tactics I'm ashamed to admit. Just wish i could get my money back.

Wow.

I'd be glad to have gotten away from that REGARDLESS of what happened to her afterward.

How'd you ever get stuck with that in the first place?

Squirrels, basically I believed her life sob story fell for the lies and became a captain save a ho just because she was hot. She basically thinks as long as she looks good that she will have a free ride in life without contributing an ounce of contribution. Personality outshines looks everytime in the long run. Even though I had a gut feeling about her being a manipulative loser I put myself in the situation because I felt bad for her. Then she used her son on me as a manipulation tool. Trying to turn everything around like its my fault and compulsively lying right to my face constantly. Typical bs. Sick person she is now that I reflect on it. What I like to call ho tactics.

She doesn't care who hits on her(any man of any character) and can't keep her legs closed at all as long as she gets what she wants. Just knowing there are women out there like this that have nothing to offer but their looks(which fade over time) makes me want to live the life of a hermit.

Think of it as money well spent for the lesson learned. Actually, you got off pretty cheap.

Yes, she was an inapt teacher and OP her unknowing pupil.

But now that he knows, OP may view the $2,000 he lost as an investment in his own education. And as long as we do not make these mistakes again, mistakes are in truth a great asset.

We have a tax system that incentivizes failure; it's too bad we can't write off our Cap'n Save a Ho moments as net losses.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

When I finally did extricate myself from a 4 year LTR with a BPD woman, someone told me, "she's entitled to the misery her life will bring her." 15 years later, and thanks to FaceBook that statement was proven for me.

It's hard not to take some pleasure in seeing the horrible results of some people's life decisions, but moreover, it's better to see how well you did in comparison. It takes time to fully appreciate the bullet you dodged.

I'm still kinda messed up from the whole ordeal though. I have a hard time trusting people now and my motivation is toast. I'm afraid to run into her out in public also. I just hope it is all just part of the healing process.

Why? Is it because she's really your soulmate and you can't live without her? :p

It's time to shed the "Captain-Save a Ho" disguise. You can't save her. Concentrate on saving yourself from the need to have anything to do with these type of women. She'll chew you up and spit you out in a heartbeat.

Time to man up and get a little of your dignity and self-respect back. Good luck.

Cheers!

Lmao. No Roman. Because I hate her guts. Just seeing her would make me sick to my stomach and I'd probably laugh my ass off if I see her with some unsuspected guy thats in for the ride of his life.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

The most fvcked up thing is that a couple weeks after I had her gone she has the audacity to text me saying I'm talking **** about her on facebook. Accusing me of breaking into her facebook account and sending messages to people. Wow just wow crazy beeotch. I tell her she is out of her mind and to stop and leave me alone and then she says she wants nothing to do with me because I was mean. Holy shiat the hell if I was mean. Fvcking crazy. And a classic ok you can leave me alone now from her when I told her to leave me alone. Trying to turn it around like she is a victim and that she wanted out and like it was all my fault. Holy mother of god! After all that I did for her and went through she says this shiat. I know I shouldnt have let her get to me like that and responded but damn that is crazy. Told her she is fuct up and to stay away and never contact me ever. Had to block her number. Crazy.

Trying to talk sense to a woman is just like trying to squeeze water out of a rock...

except sometimes you actually manage the second one.

But getting sense out of a woman is impossible, since she will always twist things to suit her own agenda. So don't even start with that sh*t.
