"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Being a Don Juan is all in your head"

Ahhhh, how right that line used to sound. There is so much to back it up, that being a Don Juan is all about how you view yourself. However, I've had a feeling for a while that there is something wrong with it, and Ares recent post has really cast light on that for me.

The thing is, if you read the stuff here, and you've realised you were looking at everything from the wrong angle, and that girls aren't that great, and you start to think that you are in fact much happier with yourself, and you go away from your computer feeling much better, and you go into school and your happy and for the rest of your life you are happyhappyhappy you've messed up.

Being a Don Juan is not about sitting on your ass and philosophising. Being a Don Juan isn't something you can do in your head. You can't think your way to Don Juan-ness. I don't think being a Don Juan is the same as being a man, because a man can live his life in solitude, in deep thought, die a virgin and be totally happy. Don Juans are men, make no mistake, but where some men chose a path of spiritual enlightenment, beinging happiness to others, leading people to great things, and knowing themselves perfectly, we are ****ing HIGHSCHOOLERS.

Being a Don Juan is about being sociable, enjoying life, and being the best you can be, if that involves one of the things stated above- great. The fact of the matter is, you can be a DJ without getting with a single girl, but if you think you're a DJ and haven't, I'd doubt you. I'd think you understand it all, and in doing so understand nothing.

Sayng being a Don Juan is all in the mind is wrong. You can't think yourself into being a guy. Sure, if the preparation and working out and reading up is like sparring in a ring- asking that girl out, or aceing that test, or getting the popularity and friends you've wanted are winning the ****ing match. "A boxer is made in the gym, the ring is just where he proves it" ? Bull****, YOU DON'T SCORE UNTIL YOU ****ING SCORE.

Don't think about if you're a Don Juan or not. Are you getting with 3 girls a day? Are you getting A's on all your papers? Can you do 8 sets of 8 reps of your bodyweight? Achiveing in what you love is the mark of a Don Juan, and no amount of reading, self adoration and pride can match this. Don't be a ****, don't just give your best. This is the hard thing you have to grasp- if you do your best and fail, you lose- SUCK IT UP. ""Losers do their best, winners go home and **** the prom queen". Get out there, and no excuses push yourself. If the quality of this forum has gone down, its because people read but don't do. Being a Don Juan is not just a state of mind, its a way of life.

If you don't live it, you ain't it:( .

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

we all need a good kick in our "ohh so holy dj asses" from time to time....

"Warning": this is long but worth the time....

One thing I would like to add though, this site gives us a lot of insight and good advice on the road from being a afc(lazyness) to becoming a full fledged don juan("just do it" attitude) but it also gives us a severe crutch: To think we know it all....

What I mean by crutch is this, we are all human beings and thus have the anoying habbit of classifying everything around us. We are almost desperate in our search for a world with "laws" and "absolutes". A world that makes sense, well here's another wake up call: Our world does NOT make sense, there are no "laws" or "absolutes", we live in a universe that consists of one single force: CONSTANT CHANGE....

And here's where sosuave come in the picture, you can read, practise and use your skills to the extreme and you will still only know about 10%...And that is the thing that most of the guys here suffer from. This crutch that all girls fall into one or another catagory, that you can precieve what will be the outcome of a date, situasion and son on. There is something you have got to understand, the path to knowledge goes from knowing absolutly nothing. Thats right, the best basis to become "aware" of you thoughts, feelings and all in all learning starts with one difficult thing.
Admitting that you know nothing...

Here's an example: Guy finds sosuave, guy reads bible gains confidence and feels ready to take on the world, guy studys and memorizes openers, neg-hits and all the other "lessons" this site can provide, guy uses his "knowledge" and get some girls, but then.....guy talks to a girl, is showing that he's a alphae, is funny and all we are thought we should be, girl rejects guy, guy doesnt understand why, guy is filled with doubts and lets the whole thing churn and churn in his head over and over again, guy thinks that there is something wrong with girl or something wrong with him and whaddaya know, he is back in square one.....
So what does guy do, does he admit defeat, does he see what happend clearly, does he understand what happend and addapt...NO, it seems that in 99% of the time this is guys answer to his problems: write a post on sosuave and ask what he should do, expecting a life changing answer that will make everything ok again.....
Now, unless you have dated, slept with and spent atleast six monhts with EVERY GIRL ON THIS PLANET, you know just about 10% there is to know about girls.....

I know this is a long ass rant but here is my point:
Don't just assimilate knowledge and expect a good result, go out, meet girls, get to know them, find out what makes them tick, find the "sweet spots" on their body, and most importantly: Don't do it over a computer, the keyword here is: PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!!!!
And as a second advice, use this approach on every matter in life, the ones that is left dumbfound when meeting a new problem is the "specialists" what we should strive for is not becoming a "specialist" in the field of women, dating, sex and so on. We should strive to become "generalists"...If you dont understand what Im getting at then remove you lazy ass from your computer, go find a dictionary and look up "generalist".....

Finaly, Im sorry to all of you who have become drooling little sods from reading this, tough luck;)

I strongly, strongly, STRONGLY advice someone with higher authority in this forum to take this thread and immortalize it, because with it being read by all or at least most new comers, they will get the fundamental idea that ITS ALL ABOUT ACTION!!

your post has given even my ass a wake up call most definately..and I've been with women, it's just that I've gotten really lazy and unmotivated.....

thank you to the ******* who wrote such harsh posts..

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
