The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

yeah I know just barely about to be september but Im so excited for wrestling to start, it starts november but I weigh 160 and need to drop to 130 :eek: .... yeah, I have placed 4th at 112 and 2nd at 130 and just barely qualified at 145 last season, though last season I was totally out-of-shape and had not enough stamina, my technique was crappy.

w/e though, the new season is starting up and I cant wait, Ive already started running, the sectional Im in is supposed to be in SUPER WEAK.

anyone else looking foward to wrestling? weights age and accomplishments, Id think its cool to hear about yall.

Yeah, I used to wrestle here in Indiana. Was ranked in the top 16 in the state in my weight class. Now I do Brazilian Ju Jitsu and kick azz at it.

If you're having problems dropping weight and keeping your strength, read the the book, A Flat Stomach ASAP by Ellington Darden. You will be able to keep your strength up (even get stronger) and drop those 30lbs before your first meet. I wish I had that book back when I was wrestling in high school.

why would anyone want to go down that low. stay muscular and wrestle some chicks in the bed. not some dude on the mat.

I found out just today that I was given the #8 ranking in the state of Illinois at 130.
