It's a no win situation

Because even if you meet a pretty attractive girl in any guys standards you are on your tippy toes 24/7. The simple fact these girls utilize online dating, hit on everywhere they go including work etc. Any little blunder or miscommunication or anything they have ten guys in their phone waiting in the bullpen or asking for their digits everywhere they go. All of this spinning plates is fine and dandy and I've done it the fact remains girls don't need to chase you when they have every Tom, **** and Harry knocking on their door. Guys feel obliged and are enslaved to think they have to text everyday and keep on top of her because he knows how competitive it is. Point is the game gets old real fast and I refuse to sleep with ugly and or fat chicks so that narrows it down to the pool that 99% of guys are competing for. Girls are well aware of this and they don't have to work for any guys attention anymore. I see fat and ugly girls with attitudes in bars which is pretty fuc kin hilarious to say the least.

Outside of a club environment, where does this idea come from that girls are hit on every 5 minutes? Is this from the horses mouth are a bit of a myth? It's never something I've heard my female friends complaining about.

If she finds you attractive it's yours to mess up, if you have this mentality that you are now short-listed to x amount of other guys you need to compete with, you are in danger of f!*king it up by trying too hard/rushing it..

You either have it or you don't (with each particular girl). My personal mentality is always: I am what I am, I'll show my hand and she can take it or leave it. Competition is for things like sport where effort/outcome has a less futile correlation.
