I've noticed a lot of people have had difficulty completing the 6 month task, so I wanted a plan that broke this task down into smaller intervals. Here's how it works. The experts say that it takes 21 days to break a habit...so we're gonna go for 21 days then after the first 21 day period, you have a choice to opt for a second 21 day period, then after that the third and so on. After each option you'll start back to Day 1 and label it 2nd option, 3rd option, whatever option it is and go all the way to 21 again. The options must be consecutive or you have to start over at period one. Feel free to log your experience in this thread and also extend support to others (not judgement, guilt, or pessimism). During this period of no masturbation you may have sex as often as you like :up:. It is not recommended that you watch porn as it may hurt your mission but it is not prohibited.

Here's what your progression should look like:

1/21 2nd option

1/21 3rd option....etc.

I deleted 30 gigs about 5 months ago.

Right now i am on day 10 i believe, going for 14.

The way i do it is Ill let myself masturbate almost to the point of ejaculation but then stop. For me, that works.

Day two, haven't felt the energy boost yet, but I do feel good. I also deleted my porn fellas...not a big collection tho, but it felt good deleting it (at this point I'd rather make it then consume it ;) ). Goin Salsa dancing tonight (just one of the activities I picked up while studying 'pickup') at this club I'd been meaning to check out. I definitely noticed when not jerking it for a while I'm more prone to approach hot women and it feels more like a natural process, not forced at all. It's like the extra testosterone pushes you out there or something.

Most of you aren't going to get that huge energy boost that you expected. As long as you weren't masturbating daily or more then your energy levels arent very depleted in the first place.

I was masturbating daily, probably 1-2 times, and now that I'm trying to bulk, I don't think it would be a great idea. As far as all the stupid myths about going blind, growing hair on my palms, or any other crap, I don't buy it. This is about me learning self-control and chanelling the time and energy I waste on porn and masturbating to being more productive and hitting the gym.

It's also good to try this because with all the extra testosterone being built up in my system lately, I don't want to be depleting it unless I'm having sex.

Thanks for starting this thread. Today won't count for me, but I'm in starting tomorrow. I think the biggest obstacle is porn. I actually just recently bought a membership to two porn dvd download sites, but cancelled them promptly. Unfortunately, I still have free access until the end of the month for both sites, and the stuff is damn good quality. So if I can fight temptation, I'll have won half the battle. I'll post once a day to update.

Day Three...the first couple of days really weren't that hard and today I'm feeling even better. One of my goals right now in edition to this one is to get a lot more experience in the field (despite the approach anxiety) and be able to cold approach any place any time. Which probably means I'll have to replace my current wing soon cause he hasn't shown very much commitment to sarging and therefore is not helping our cause. And failure is not an option.
