I don;t think its black or white. Yes, higher % of safe( boring?), softer, less masculine guys will be professionals compared to criminals, but you can still be alpa/masculine if professional. Less likely though as more likely to have been brain-washed, on the treadmill of life compared to people who aren;t on that path and follow the rules set by most of society.

You can have a badass risk taking ability by:
- doing adventure sports
- working out hard
- sleeping and eating well
- popping zinc based multivitamins
- approaching women regularly
- meditating
- learning to box/mma

Is this really a discussion? I remember a thread a while back about a guy who wanted to get a tattoo so he could "look more badass". If you really think a guy with a criminal record has one leg upon you in the dating world and is more manly then you truly are lost.

Yes OP go get a criminal record, then spend 10 years doing hard time in a prison. You'll be spending those 10 years with other men, have you dignity and rights taken, but It will be worth it. When you get out you'll have no voting rights, nothing to show for you 10 years locked up and good luck trying to find a job. Slave labor, more like no company will hire you for labor. But hey I guess the "girls" will be dying to get in bed with you.

It's normal for a man to have this thought and entertain it for at least of couple of minutes. A guy with no tattoos who isn't getting laid and sees guys with tattoos getting the women he wants is prone to have a thought line of this. I wouldn't criticize a man for having that thought. A guy can be more badass without getting a tattoo.

There are plenty of men with BA/BS degrees or higher who are in relationships with women. Many of them are beta males. A large percentage of these relationships are mediocre to subpar relationships. I think it would be safe to say that a lot of these relationships are relationships that were exciting enough when new, but trudged on for years. A lot of beta males find a girlfriend and manage to get the relationship afloat for a long time for fear of a long sexual drought when not in a relationship. The majority of men are beta males and the majority of men have a difficult time obtaining sex when they are not in some sort of relationship.

There are both blue collar and white collar men with decent jobs who are getting laid. That's the middle ground. Most of them are doing it in some sort of extended relationship.
