“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Effects of Pornography on Your Brain

By: Inner Balance and Peace

Pornography can be found on our computers, to television, to marketing ads. Once we see it and our brains interact with the thought processes involved, our minds begin to go into overload and function almost solely on biological need. We find out minds wandering and cannot help but process repeatedly what we just saw.

According to Dr. Judith Reisman, the brain enters a near zombie-like state due to a mixture of oxyticin, dopamine, serotonin, and testosterone known as an “erototoxin”. Once released into our system, a frightening change takes place, which we have no control over. The impulses created by these chemicals may result in destructive habits unless kept in touch by our inner voices like our ego. Reisman states she has found that erototoxins are not the positive reaction a person might initially believe, as they do not crease pleasure, but instead a "fear-sex-shame-and-anger stimulant".

Furthermore, Reisman believes that anyone who looks at pornography long enough will “rot” their brains and as they will be acting from while underneath that influence, should no longer be protected by the first amendment. This is a surprising bit of research which if confirmed may lead to more prosecutions in court cases and the removal of certain defensive tactics for lawyers.

Dr. Gary Lunch of the University of California appears to agree with Reisman after conducting his own separate research. "What we are saying here is that an event which lasts half a second, within five to ten minutes has produced a structural change that is in some ways as profound as the structural changes one sees in [brain] damage." (Gary Lunch, The Brain and the Nervous System).

Many people would dismiss looking at pornography as being a harmless and even recreational way to spend his or her time. However, if the above research is true, the effects of pornography on your brain could be a long-lasting result, which you will feel for years to come even if you are not aware of it.

Both doctors feel that pornography is very destructive to the individual and should be outlawed. In one instance, Reisman said, "these toxic media should be legally outlawed, as is all other toxic waste, and eliminated from our societal structure ".

Although the full effect pornography may have on the brain has yet to be mapped, it is certain the effects of pornography on your brain will continue and could possibly have a more negative consequence than you might expect.

For a better understanding of how to free yourself from the grip of this addiction and take control of difficult emotions.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I believe that pornography is mostly negative for people who are trying to improve themselves or find woman.

It is an easy way out. Just a few clicks and you can virtually fcuck thousands of woman. The temptation is strong and can be hard to resist when one is constantly on the computer, or by themselves. At the time it feels like a great thing to do, but who in their right mind actually feels like they have achieved something after watching porn/masturbating ? It is a completley unproductive activity.

Not to mention the fact that people with certain complexes about woman (That I see a lot on this site), are worsened by watching pornography. One who cannot physically create rapport and sexual intimacy will be bitter about woman, and will turn to porn as a substitute. This just further complicates their twisted ideas about woman, often resulting in resenting them for things that simply are not true (being delusional). The lust they feel during the pornography fades and turns into resentment after, which transfers onto themselves and how they act around woman.

After I got out of my long term relationship of 18 months I turned to porn as a substitute for a little while, and it zapped any desire to go out and chase woman. Putting a stop to porn has helped my interactions and desire to seek out woman a lot. More than I would have thought.

Porn is ultimately negative and unproductive. I'm sure there are loads of people who can watch it and carry on with their lives like normal, or even watch it while in a relationship. But for some, it only makes matters worse. A virtual relationship with all these woman is not natural. You are tricking your brain into thinking its doing something which it's not.

What are everyone else's thoughts?

Consider thy sources.
According to Dr. Judith Reisman
Dr. Judith Reisman is not a medical doctor. She holds a PhD in communications from Case Western Reserve Univeristy. She is completely and wholeheartedly unqualified from making any medical assertions. Her lack of any medical credentials places her research no higher than the opinions of homeless bums.

“Dispatches from the Culture Wars: More Junk Science from Judith Reisman”
According to Dr. Gary Lunch of the University of California
Dr. Gary Lunch does not actually exist. I checked the faculty directories of all ten campuses of the University of California (which I encourage anyone to fact check) and he simply does not exist. Google searches also came up fruitless. Insofar as I can discern, Gary Lunch is likely a fraudlent fabrication of Judith Reisman's imagination.

Real medical research does not find pornography neurologically "rots" the brain. So, I say to Reisman and Lunch, f*ck you.

Well, whether it is true or false

They are no better then The Media on TV or Most Politicians.

Though I have to agree with Jaggs, porn destroys the mind and warps your sense of reality. I'll take a wild guess that watching porn did not help get where Bill Gates or Donald trump where they are now.

Porn does not help common people to become successful in life, or help them become financially free.

All it does is wastes time and energy away from your goals in life and your family.

Looking back at my life, porn has done far more harm than good.

Thats enough for me.

For one thing, I am convinced it perpetuates the "sex is bad" mentality as much as anything else.

How is looking at porn different from looking a naked woman in your bed or at a strip club?

Porn is 2D and the only real benefit is that it is on demand. You can also jerk off to porn where you can't do that at a strip club.

I really agree with you Jaggs. Right now I'm trying to avoid masturbating and one way to help with that is to stop looking at porn. I've almost gone two weeks without touching myself and I haven't looked at porn in a week. I don't really see anything positive about porn. Since I'm not jerking it I would only look at porn to see a naked woman but if I really want to see a naked woman it should be in person. Frankly I want to forget what a pussy looks like so I can be, "surprised" I can't think of the right word. I haven't seen a real one in years so I kind of forgotten.

Anyways I'm done with porn, I just hope I don't have a relapse.

I generally don't trust women who are negative about porn. Especially when they're trying to take away consitutional rights. This fake "Dr." seems like a feminist nutcase to me.

lol Deep, I'm not here to fight anyone. If I can't have my own opinion or anyone, then just ban me and everyone.

If the article is true or not, life experience is acurrate most of the time.

My view is that some people who are against porn are like the same one's that said women are better with money. Anything that is a threat to a woman is hated. Conversely, anything that replaces a man is acceptible. A woman who has a sex toy is independent and choosey, but a guy with a blow up doll is pathetic. It's sad that this woman can put out junk and try to get a little exposure while there have been and probaly still are problems whith the porn industry. I'd give credence to the article if it talked about the drugs and addiction that go on, how guys may beat themselves up because they don't perform up to porn star status eventhough it's fake, or how some of the women are treated; but she seems more concerned with herself than solving a problem.
