"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

probably not, but i sure feel like it. ive worked out hard three days in a row--saturday, sunday, and monday.

on saturday i worked chest, triceps, and biceps
on sunday i worked legs and abs
today i worked back

all workouts were an hour to an hour and a half..and my workouts are hard, meaning that after 20 minutes my shirt is half drenched in sweat.

part of the reason i can workout hard like this is that i really dont do anything strenuous during the day being its break..so i can sleep a lot and let my body rest up much more than i can during the year.

however, im thinking ill take a rest from the weights tomorrow...but start hitting it hard again thursday.
