Is this workout good?

I've been looking around on some military forums and this marine told me to do this workout( Which seems crazy)
What you do is, 100 pull-ups(Least amount of sets as possible) In between those sets you run a 400M. So for an Ex. you would maybe do 15 pullups, then go run a 400M, then another 15 pullups..ETC.. Then after that you do 200 pushups( 400M in between sets) and then to finish it off, 300 situps(400M)
Is this a good quality workout??
