I was reading this article - which is good in its own right, but not of any interest in this forum - but what struck me was the picture of the young couple: a fit husband (who has a good job too) and an obese wife (belly-obese, not the more feminine large-teats and/or ass-thigh type of obese.)

I mean what's the point? It's one thing to be old and have a fat wife, but at this early a stage of life?

I bet the wife in the article uses her kid as an excuse for being fat and lazy. Problem is, how long ago was her pregnancy? The kid is like a few years old. Come the f*ck on. And what I don't get, is even if you don't care about your own health for some stupid ass reason... wouldn't you want to at least set a good example for your kid?

God, I hope not. Cute women keep their metabolism up. Men should, too. I'd rather be single than be married to a woman who wasn't cute.

I know a guy that's a personal trainer, does cross fit, good physique, people love him. He had two kids with his teenage sweetheart but now she's so overweight she makes that girl in the article look good.
This dude could easily pull 8+ in metro areas.

Physical attraction is but one criteria. Who knows how long they've been together. The article mentioned she has some kind of professional sounding job, who knows.

And as for the wife and man... He has a child with her, and that changes things entirely. She may not have always been overweight, she may have gained that weight after having a child or marrying him. I have seen it before. An associate of mine who is the same age as me, he is an HVAC repair guy, he has a child and marries a girl two years back. She was very cute, not super skinny but not at all fat, had nice tits.
Just two years later and I am not kidding when I say she looks like she has gained 40lbs... I thought she was pregnant again the last time I saw her, but no... She just gained that much over that short of a time.
