i used to be very shy and sometimes felt threatened in small spaces like on a one to one basis. I also couldnt keep eye contact with people especially hot girls - now im over that and i know girls find me attractive n **** because of it . I still have one little problem and would like to get over it.

I have more confidence now and can talk to nice women easy but my face always goes red even tho i dont feel nearvous why is this? ..peace
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

you face going red is a physiological reaction to stress and anxiety (i.e. nervousness)

just like sweaty palms are..so my take is you really are nervous

im better now never happens anymore i think it was because of certain medication i was on
