"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I used to be skinny a couple of years ago.

Now I´m 6´3 210 pds and musuclar.

However I still feel like I´m a skinny bastard. Anybody else feel that way?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

It might go into the category of muscular dysmorphia. A psychological issue where you view your body differently than others see it. No matter how big you are, you feel like you aren't that big. I know a guy thats almost exactly like you. He is 6' 3" and weighed 170 in high school and now he's about 205 but still feels like he is too skinny. Its similar to how people with an eating disorder always say they look fat when they are 90 pounds.

I am 5 7.5 or 5 8 and I weight 165 with 10% bodyfat (just measured today at gym). I personally think im still skinny because i have not reached my goal of 170. like the previous posters said, it is a mental thing. People say that I am muscular, but my satisfaction level of how i want to look is still not fulfilled.

It must have to do with the fact that I see myself everyday in the mirror, so I don´t notice a difference.

I´m aiming for 240 pds.
