"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Depends on how long you've been working out really. But doing more then your bodyweight, and being 15 at that, is certainly above average. I started training when I was 15 at around 125 and honestly couldn't bench 95 pounds. Now I'm just under 155 and put up 225 last month. So don't worry..you have a lot more growing to do.

300lb. machine press is worthless. Do it on a bench.
