Stick with meeting women in Northern, VA, Maryland, and Delaware.
Pennsylvania distance for women is really stretching it if you live in DC.
PA is a HUGE state on the east coast, and meeting women that far won't be easy and they know it.

From me growing up in the hood, it sounds like a typical hood rat with an attitude.

Avoid these type of women, they've been run thru and are bitter and jaded.

Or she is just on there to clown people and not really meet anyone.

Either way, never take things personally since some chicks on there have agendas that may have nothing to do with actually dating.

Maybe: "DC to Chamberburg is only a 90 mile walk. Want to meet halfway in Walkersville?"

I like "Walkers-ville" and the exaggeration of a 90 mile walk being reasonable. Instead of leaving her claim alone, you exaggerate it to a ridiculous extent. Then she can say she doesn't live in Chamberburg without you two trying to see who is wrong.
