Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
I wouldn't give credit for this site to the Mods. Someone originally had a good idea, but now the posters make this site what it is.azanon said:Regardless of what this forum "is", it has lots of people posting on it, so "they" must be doing something right.
I'm taking you up in rank to head general.happyguy said:I am going to save every post I make now so I can email them to the admin when they get deleted. I am all for keeping silly discussions in check, but spending time composing a response only to see it deleted unceremoniously, ain't a good feeling. The mods have to be sadists to delete good posts. I am going to be speaking out against the mediocre moderdom here. Don't care if I get kicked out. Can't let stupidity reign.
:woo:
The only posts you've had deleted were in the Mature Man's forum and this was due to the fact that you ignored the very simple rule of putting an age on your profile (which you've since corrected, thank you). PARADOX and I delete many post for the same reason, not because of the views expressed, but because the poster simply didn't make the effort to read the rules of the forum.happyguy said:The mods have to be sadists to delete good posts. When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
You could always create your own forum, it's been done before. There's no need to stay on a site which doesn't fulfill your needs. "NEXT!" :rockon:Dongfu said:I'll leave if I'm voted out. You don't really pay that good of attention for a Mod.![]()
I agree. But why not just ban flamers instead of closing threads where we can openly discuss the nuances of women of different nationalities?Desdinova said:This website is for everybody, and we'd like them to feel welcome instead of insulted.
That would make you so happy wouldn't it Frank. I think I would stick around anyway just so you have an arch enemy. Still bitter about the argument we had a while back? Get over it man. Water under the bridge already.Francisco d'Anconia said:You could always create your own forum, it's been done before. There's no need to stay on a site which doesn't fulfill your needs. You give yourself way too much credit Dong. You're assuming that your existence matters to me withing this forum or without. Like I said, you give yourself way too much credit. Besides, there are others within the forum with way much more ability than you to deserve the title of "Arch Enemy." Dong, the best you could could ever achieve is "Arch Enema."Dongfu said:That would make you so happy wouldn't it Frank. I think I would stick around anyway just so you have an arch enemy...
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

If it went unmoderated, it'd destroy itself within months, tops.Dongfu said:Someone originally had a good idea, but now the posters make this site what it is.
True, but what I am suggesting is that posters or thread starters be given a chance to alter the thread rather than have it locked.azanon said:If it went unmoderated, it'd destroy itself within months, tops.
That's like asking for a tumor to be implanted in your brain.Dongfu said:Or, perhaps there should be an unmoderated discussion thread that is "at your own risk."
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Why should he adhere to the voices of the know it all peions who use it as their public soap box? He won't and he shouldn't and to enforce and expand upon the rules in his house, he selected people to police and patrol the premisis. Seems pretty straight forward to me.
Thanks for the reply. I'm not trying to bait or stir. I just wanted an answer as to why my thread was closed, and I still haven't gotten one from a moderator. My thread wasn't about looks.Quiksilver said:That's like asking for a tumor to be implanted in your brain.
Dongfu, or whoever you are, this site runs fine and helps tens of thousands of people a year. Stirring the pot, baiting users, and flaming isn't exactly needed or wanted.
Most people who start looks threads do it for the sole purpose of creating an argument. Each looks thread that has come and gone in my time here has been a carbon copy of the one before, just phrased a little different. For that reason, we don't see a need to have more than one. The whole topic is redundant and will NEVER be concluded with a single answer because it's a subjective topic and we all view our world in a different lens.

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
