On second date with this Russian girl, no sign of offering to pay for food/drinks. This is quite different from American girls and Asian girls that I've dated before. Is this normal for European girls?

Make her pay her half. Even if she does not offer to pay, put down your half and then leave it at that. There is nothing free in this world.

Tell the waiter that you'll be splitting the bill ahead of time.
