“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Okay so i hate running with a passion, so i picked up a jump rope and have been using it. I've gotten to the point where I can finally jump rope for atleast a minute without becoming tangled in the rope. Here is my current routine im using to burn fat.

20+ minutes of the following atleast 3 times a week.

a minute or two of warming up, then stretching the quads, hams, and calf.

0:30 seconds - just normal jump roping, just kinda to get into the rhythm
0:30 seconds - Going all out, Knees up and just giving it everything i've got.
0:30 seconds - Just rest. I stand there, and swing the rope around, just to catch my breathe a little.

That's pretty much it, I repeat those until i hit the 20 minute mark, and I drink water while I rest. Im not very fit cardio wise, and I lost most of my endurance after i quit swimming. What do you guys think? Do you think this is effective and could be considered a decent interval routine?

Looks good to me...any movement is good...when I jump rope, I use repetitions instead of time...just a personal preference.
What routine do you use? My current goal is to shed off some body fat, and make myself lean. I've been lifting weights for a few months, so i've gain some " size", but at the same time, i've been eating a lot of junk food and have been pretty lazy ever since swim season ended a few months back.

I was thinking of doing this routine Monday- Friday once for 20+ minutes After I get home from school in the afternoon. I lift weights during school since I have Gym, but i still want to gain size, but stay lean. I heard the best way to do this is eat clean, but still pack on about 200 more calories than your daily recommendation. I think mine is 2000 right now, which i will try and keep track of, but right now im trying to eat a lot more fruits, veggies, and tuna ( since its good protein)

Jumping rope is a great cardio work out. 10 million boxers can't all be wrong!

It's also a great subsitute to jogging when the weather doesn't permit going out doors.
