more protein, a little less carbs.
for example.. kill the whole wheat toast (since you've already got the oatmeal) and make a 6 egg omelette instead ( 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites) or even tastier just use an egg substitute like Egg Beaters... all the flavor and protein of eggs none of the crap.
you can also mix a scoop of whey in with your milk.

Im trying to bulk. A six egg omellette is scary for cholesterol levels, considering id be eating about 42 eggs a week...
I might give egg beaters a try tho..but the egg white thing wont work cuz my parents dont believe in wasting a good egg for a lil egg white.

egg beaters are the shyt. why? egg white omelettes taste like paper.
also even if you throw in some yolks.. your eggs still come out runny.
You can get a four-pack of egg beaters at costco for 5 bucks. well worth the investment. (considering a single one will run you close to 3 bucks at a US supermarket.)
