I'm not talking about making "$75 an hour while I sleep" like some ads claim for online work. I'm talking about legit online work just for some extra spending money. Is there anything like this out there?

simple ? no. Legit work ? Yes, but you'll have to dig. If it was 'simple' and easy to find, everyone would be doing it.
