“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I think it depends on the situation. A lot of people don’t have someone to share their experiences with. Find someone that can relate to the situation you are dealing with. When you do, you’ll realize your experience is not that unique and you just needed someone to listen. Some therapist can be detrimental and quite slimy. Consider they are getting paid good money each visit. They could milk you for cash for years telling you that you need to come back for more “work.”

I’ve always found it funny that people go to a Priest for marital advice. They abstain from sex and are not allowed to get married. Probably the last person you should consult for marital advice. Same goes for people without kids giving you advice on raising children, fvck off! Once you actually have a child we can talk. Talking to other parents is eye opening and also a relief that you are not alone.

I know a couple where the woman has gone to therapy for decades, yet she doesn’t seem to change her ways. Now they are going to couples therapy. Both around 50 years old. These people have permanent childhood baggage and are not going to change. Woman is trying to get a therapist to get her partner to change. They need to accept who they are and deal with it or split up already.

Myron Gaines and Rollo Tomassi had a good conversation about this last year (see below). The redpill and PUAs are generally better at helping men with seduction matters than psychologists or counselors.
Not that I don't agree with you, because I do. But they would say that, wouldn't they?

They made a good case in that podcast.

Rollo Tomassi mentions in the Introduction section in the Rational Male book that he has a bachelor's degree with a double major in Fine Art and Psychology. Rollo's psychology studies at the undergrad level have some usefulness in this discussion.

Myron Gaines has a bachelor's degree as well. He was a Criminal Justice major. It is likely he took psychology class electives at some point during his 4 years of college.

Rollo's work experience in the liquor industry touched upon parts of psychology too.

I think Myron and Rollo brought credible experience to that discussion.

feel lately just been in a huge rut and considering therapy. seems super expensive though and people around me aren't that into it and told me to "just think positive"/take more action and focus on work etc instead.
I'm not sure that therapy is an effective cure for "being stuck in a rut". Just like prescription drugs, therapy is overused in modern society. In the old days, you go to therapy when you experienced some kind of a serious traumatic event. Nowadays, people think they need to see a therapist every time they feel sad.

Ask yourself this: do you already know what's making you feel the way you are feeling? If the answer is yes, what you need is not therapy but rather the willpower to make the necessary changes in your life.

Ho visto persone riuscire a fare questo, e poi tornare indietro con la consapevolezza di fare sacrifici.
Molto comune nelle persone che restano in relazioni tossiche.
Molto comune in uomini che restano con donne che non li rispettano.
