At the next Miss World pageant, bikinis won't be making an appearance — a first in the event's 63-year history. The organization's chairwoman announced Thursday that they will be nixing the swimsuit round.

Chris Wilmer, the national director of Miss World America/Miss United States organization, explained the decision, saying, "The organization has decided to take itself out of the swimsuit world because it isn't the path they're trying to take. It's not just a beauty contest, it's 'beauty with a purpose'. There didn't seem to be a purpose to have the swimsuit."

So what is the purpose for a heterosexual man to watch this anymore? Should we men take this an omen that we are not to take a woman's physical beauty in determining the desirability of a woman?

Yep. I've never watched a beauty contest, and I don't know any men that circle this on his calendar. These things are supported by and watched by women. It's the same stupid nonsense where only a tiny percentage of women complain about models and ads that have thin models. You don't like the fact that a thin attractive model makes you feel bad because you are a fat lazy slug, get over it. Truth is even if we could rid the world of all images of beautiful women, fat and lazy women would still be fat and lazy.... Put down the Twinkies and do some cardio.

I think it's stupid to suggest that these events are dangerous. The simple fact is that women that participate in pageants are SIGNIFICANTLY less likely to suffer from depression, are generally more successful in life, and are MUCH happier than the average women.

I dont seek them out, but I surely do stop to watch them if I happen to run across them on the tube, and i sometimes check them out on youtube. Guys can look at any sort of art. I like engraved guns with beautiful wood grain, too, but there's something about lovely, fit women that really captivates me. I really don't know why guys settle for less, even for dating. If men didn't, the fat bitches would shape up.

In their attempt to make men act more like women and vice versa, Feminists must cull both the real men and the real women from the environment. Thus, Alphas in the workplace and Bikini models must be purged from society. There can be no such examples of real men or women, or people would always prefer them to the lesbian, librarian, NPR DJ's colleges are churning out.

They hate more than anything the notion that real men love real women. They think they can shame and legislate and propagandize and feminize their way out of this. They can't. They are still fat and ugly. They are less fertile, and can rear fewer and less healthy children, and that's if they can get any man drunk enough to have sex with them. They will die sooner. This is God's way of saying he prefers hot women.

I do not know any men who even watch the Miss USA/Miss World. Typically this is watched by women. Also more women buy the SI swimsuit edition than men, that is a fact.

This is all because of envy... The fat ugly women who are watching it cannot deal with the reality. By seeing real beauty they realize, in comparison, how little actual beauty they have. Instead of just accepting it and dealing with the fact that nobody is perfect and moving on, they instead seek to defend their delicate egos by trying to remove anything that is evidence of that reality.
