Is the colour pink really gay?

I got a pink polo that has white and black stripes on it. Also got a short sleeve shirt that's pink with purple trim around the sleeves.

Looks absolutly great on me since im a goldish brown

Do I care if someone doesn't like it....? Nope. Which is very evident since I live in Tennessee...and well it just doesn't fly well. (one thing to be hated by a racist but then if they think your a gay black guy)


Wear whatever type of clothes you want.

I am very comfortable wearing it the thing is I got a few weird looks and A couple of my friends told me that its gay and even 1 of my "girl" friends said I shouldnt wear it but then she later realized that its a cool top. My question is what is a "PINK POLO SHIRT" are u referring to the name brand "polo"?
After all the posts ive seen and the fashion books ive read, i get the feeling pink is the in colour and if you got a tanned face like i do - then it should look great, the ones that think its gay are obviously fashion clueless and havent a clue and my chick friend just had to become accustomed to the shirt as it is "different."
