“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Gnerally when I used to lift I would not feel like I did enough until the muscle group was in pain. As of this week I started a new routene after some time off and I did the recommended set/reps etc. instand of gong till failure. I dont feel sore after the lift, some muscles are fatigued but overall I have more energy and feel prety good. Is this b/c I didn't push myself enough, I felt like I had a good lift, I hit a new bench high today for 1, but is the fact im not sore good or bad?

Usually for me, when starting to excerise after a week off training, i come back and have to take an easy because my body would get real sore. But a couple weeks in, i don't really get that sore anymore. And am pushing myself extremely hard on every workout. Its just your body getting used to the punishment. To answer your question, no, you don't have to be sore after you workout everytime.

What you'll discover is that certain bodyparts seem to get sore the day after training in most sessions whereas others never really do. For most people Quads are sore the day after training. If that applies to you, then you know that if they aren't sore the day after then it wasn't a good session. Although tbh it's very obvious from the session you just did whether it was a good one or not.

There isn't a meaninful correlation between soreness and quality of your workout.

It's neither good nor bad. If you felt like you had a good workout, you probably did.

persistent soreness may, however, correlate with insufficient post-workout nutrition. soreness in the first two weeks after a long layoff is to be expected.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

True if they soreness is getting worse then it probably means your body can't keep up with the repairs and you have over training. I don't get sore anymore but I can tell that my body is exhausted after working out.
